Dr. Ballagi brings extensive expertise in commercializing innovative biotechnological solutions. Her background uniquely combines both clinical and research perspectives — as a physician and a cancer researcher with a PhD.
Experience from Olink, Thermo Scientific, and IDEXX Laboratories
Over the years, she has held key executive roles, including Vice President Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating her ability to drive innovation and growth. At Olink, she helped transform the company into a global leader, culminating in its acquisition by Thermo Scientific in 2024. She has also held senior roles at IDEXX Laboratories, further strengthening her global industry insights. Her international experience in diagnostics and life science tool companies, combined with her strategic expertise in applying science to meet customer needs, makes her an important addition and complement to the board of directors.
